Accutane

I have heard a lot of side effects about the acne medicine, accutane. Specifically I am interested in knowing how many people think they have experienced stunted growth from this drug. I took the drug at age 14. I fit the gereral height range of the men in my family so I'm a little confused. I'd just like to know what is thought about the drug as far as stunting growth and if many people have actually been stunted. Also someone please define stunted growth for me. Because I still grew after I took the medicine. I know this is a long question but its a good one so take your time and help me out. Thank you

I guess from your other questions about height that you have concerns about yours. I don't think that you should be worrying so much, you've said before that you are between 5'7" and 5'8" which is the same as millions of others. Concerning Accutane, that you took a number of years ago, growth suppression is listed as a possible side effect for Accutane. I suggest that you see your doctor, who will either have or be able to obtain all the relevant information. He will also have your full medical history so will be better able to advise you.
