One for the ladies - hot flushes!
5 Answers
Been recently getting hot flushes. More so around the top half of my body. Am thinking it could be the start of the menopause (groan) as I am in my 40's. But trying to kid myself I am too young for that. Also been very tearful and low.
Any other ladies here of a similar age, had the same experiences? And was it the start of the menopause?

Okay...first have your BH change your water lines back to cold on your toilet and stop sticking your head in when you "flush"..that should stop the hot "flushes". LOL...sorry, trying to be funny, you made me laugh when I read that.
You may be PRE-menopausal...can use Estroven over the counter tabs to help a little bit. The hot "flAshes" can occur before meno comes full on, your cycle will also go off. It"s all kinds of fun..welcome to my world...jump in, the pool is warm...LOL
