Vasectomy Reversal

i had a vasectomy 5 years ago, the type where they actually remove about 1 inch of tube from each side. got divorced, met my new beautiful wife and we would like to have a baby. we dont know if this is possible, but we are hoping that someone else was in the same predicament and had this kind of vasectomy reversed. can anyone help us with any information please.
