why does cheese give people headaches when other dairy products are ok?

Its the tyramine in cheese, The longer a food ages, the greater the tyramine content is. so mouldy cheeses would be much worse for you.

Thanks for that! Thats prob why the extra mature chedder that i love gives me terrible headaches (aswell as making me fat!!)!!

Cheese is my vice too. I love stilton Mmmmmm
