I was wondering if anyone using this site has actually done this diet and how did you find it? I am thinking about starting it this week. I have given it loads of thought. I do lots of regular excercise, eat very healthily, drink loads of water and do not want to use it long term as I don't have huge amounts of weight to lose (but enough to want to do it). I have a holiday coming up in a month and want to feel really confident in my bikini. I have read lots of peoples views on it on this site, but wondered if anyone has any personal experiences.
i have tried it...i would suggest you only do it for a week....its great for a quick way to lose half a stone. the problems i found with it was you get very very windy, your breath doesnt smell too hot and you are not the nicest smelling person to be around!!!! the only plus side is that i lost a stone in 7 days on it!! but i just went back to eating sensibly and went to the gym and the weight fell off me.
Yes great to start with and for a quick fix, but need to follow it up with a good health eating and excercise regieme. Also causes a bit of windyness!!
