cant believe i have got to sit in darkness tonight because of all the kids trick or treating!! my wife (who has gone out) has left loads of goodies in little bags for the scroungers but i am taking them to work tomorrow and i am gonna eat the lot!!!!! :�))

We've had a few kids knock on our door & although I don't particularly like the American idea that's been bestowed on us, I smiled sweetly & gave them all a tangerine each!!!!

My daughter just phoned & said that a couple of little girls had just knocked on her door & asked:

"Trick or Treat - Smell our feet
Or give us something nice to eat?"!!!!

I have made up about 20 bags, nine gone already! The kids have all been well mannered, I've laughed at some of the costumes, they really made an effort. I'm in Manchester, where's everyone else?

We're in South Bedfordshire - don't laugh, our road used to be one of the elite - how times have changed over the 23 years we've been here!

Joking aside, all the children that have knocked this evening have been really polite & asked nicely - but I'll let you know what it's like after the pubs close! ;o}

I'll have you know, I got all the sweets, my daughter dressed as a bat (seeing is believing)!
We don't go out trick or treating but welcome little kids knocking........what did we get.........3 knocks thats it !!!
