does anyone know where i can get personal trainer advice, free? Is there a website where one could advise me?

Join a fitness or sports club. You pay to belong to these but any advice after that would be free.

I already belong to a gym, I can't afford their not-free personal trainer and I'm not really willing nor able to pay out more to join others
