i was going to post this in h&f but i figured nobody really goes in there!! you know you can get tennis elbow and swimmers ear can you get mouses finger!! my index finger tip is killing me from twiddling my computer mouse

Well if it makes you feel better i get that too.I work at home on the computer.I retouch pictures and well sometimes i am on it for hrs.Take a break and soak you hand in warm water for 20 mins and no longer.

notfrom-oz, be careful not to 'twiddle' too much, apparently it can make you go blind!
