Poor circulation

IMy hands and feet are always cold, unless I've been in the shower or its roasting hot outside. Sometimes, I even wear gloves in the summer! What is poor circulation caused by, what will it eventually lead to and what can i do to prevent it? Thanks.... x

Spoken like a gentleman, Wardy.... funny, my dad has an Aston and it has scratches on the front where I put my pet rabbit as a kid.... I got sent to bed with an orange.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to the pubs banning smoking... its a great idea. I'm from Singapore and when i last visited family, I got shamed from the public for flicking my ASH in the street... you have to do it in the bins provided... and i think they've got the running of the country (island) down to a tee... X
