Food time again

What did you all eat today?

Me... Brekkie - none (i know!)

Lunch - Chicken with rocket, spinach, tomato and olives made by my friend. Had a bit of wholemeal bread with it. Small slice of cake.

Tea - tomato, rocket, watercress, celery, cucumber and green pepper salad with some grated cheese on top. Gonna eat some grapes in a bit.

Lots of tea and fresh orange juice.

It's part of my therapy so to speak (hate that word!)...recovering anorexic on weightloss challenge without resorting to old ways kinda jobby :)
