breakfast: Special K cereal, milk, 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 1 piece of toast with soft stilton and 1 tomato
Afternoon: Cup of tea, four mini finger bisquite (chocolate covered ... I konw, not good really!)
Dinner: OK, ... so I picked up my 5 year old grandson who is staying with us for the night and he insisted we go to Mc Donalds, as he is collecting the toys. I've gone off McDonalds, but none-the-less had a Cheeseburger, (which was yuk!!!), fries and a diet Coke. Now I have an upset tummy! This is so not my kind of food!!!
During the day I also had, three large glasses of lemon barley diet squash, two glasses of water, one glass of milk with Nesquick (my rescue remedy LOL!), which I am having right now.
