If one is trying to lose weight around the tummy region, then are the following foods good for this:
1) smoothies with muesli for breakfast
2) reduced fat Hummous and pitta bread as a snack
3) salmon cutlet or smoked haddock with rocket and goats cheese for dinner.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Agree with Loosehead to a degree. I think you can reduce the tummy area a bit particularly if you are bloated by reducing your carb intake particulary at night.
I find a few nights without spuds, pasta, rice etc on my evening meal and there is a definited difference in the tummy area.
Also drink lots of water to prevent bloating and eat your fruit in the morning before brekkies.
