Dunno about an off day..someone is having an off life.

Me? fabulous day, thank you. I got a big fat cheque from the Inland Revenue today (I pay tax, me) so have been dreaming about what to spend it on :o)

Enjoy your cheque pip,not often we get anything back is it, I know you have to earn it to pay it,I am glad I cut my hours down this year, but next year means a day off midweek for fishing to offset the big tax bill.

The curry was such that it required the confidence of a short bike ride home, with toilets available at Savacentre half-way.

marvellous ray ~ you take the time if you can get it..the bar stewards nick practically everything you earn as an extra!.

whiffey ~ the posts were banned (not by me I hasten to add) actually the threads disappeared. I carried on answering in much the same way as you and I answer each other. Then it got so abusive I just chatted with the others.

As for choosing the wrong side, that is something you will have to work out for yourself once the curry has gone down & come out.
