Hairdressing

I have had my lovely locks trimmed today in time for the festive season, but can I ask why oh why does it cost us ladies so much money to have our hair trimmed? Men visit the hairdressers and it costs them a fraction of what we have to pay.....depends on what a lady is having done to her hair but just for a wet cut....cost a woman for example 30 - a man could get his hair cut for just 10....

Walk in sit and wait, say what you want, they spray mist your hair then cut. Trim will cost about 14-15, restyling 18. Men use the same place and will pay about 12 for scissor cut and 10 for a razor cut.
I've used one now for over a year, the hairdressers are expert in their profession. Never will I go to an 'ordinary' one again.
Must all be due to their overheads (pardon the pun), basins, water, etc etc.

Ladies are mugged in hairdressers. This is why I took it up and have flourished locally. 8-50 buys the works and such sparkling conversation as you would expect. If you just want to be shaved bald it's 2 and you're in and out within 5 mins.

Good grief ....I pay nine quid for a cut wash and blow dry here in Norfolk and although I am an old girl like a decent modern cut .I colour it myself !! Mind you I used to pay twenty five quid for the same in London and that was a friend who used to work for Glenby and did hairdressing in her front room !!
I am not a fan of going to the hairdresser anyway ( I always feel intimidated for some reason !! )and since we moved here I think I have been to every hairdresser in town !!
But ....at long last have found someone good who cuts it how I want it.
