The only thing I am finding help is taking the drug 'Contact' which can be bought OTC, i have been prescribed steroid nasal sprays etc but they dont touch it either.
ooohhhhhhh just remembered something......GP told me that it was also something to do with the fact that i suffer EXTREMELY badly from Vertigo (forgot clinical term)
I have always had problem ears - as a child i was the one with the constant earache and blocked nose and no friends because of it hahahaha

For someone who had serious sinus problems for a number of years (suffice to say i grew out of it, after not allowing the jack russell upstairs at night!!) i have tried every remedy on the market. The BEST one is a nasal spray or drops called OTRAVINE - literally from being totaly bunged up breathing through my mouth as both nostrils are blocked i can breathe in about 20 mins!!!
