What's the best product you know to protect your hair from the heat of hair straighteners? Are cream ones or spray ones better? Also - is there any product that will stop my hair from going kinky when it's humid outdoors?
Thanks Foxy - that's the one I'm using (by L'Oreal) but I don't like it that much, I thinnk it makes my hair a bit dull and I don't think it covers all my hair unless I put a lot on (my hair's quite thick and shoulder length). I was hoping there was a spray that would do the trick. Have you tried any others?
Thanks all! I'm going to try the lee stafford and tresemee spray ones if I can find them. I did try the L'oreal hot straight again Foxy on wet hair and combed it through. It's not bad but on dry hair (i dont wash my hair every day) it's a bit heavy which is why I wanted a spray.
Thanks once again everyone. This site is great for hearing from real people who have no vested financial interest in a product but endorse it becasue they believe in it! Fantastic.
Not sure how good it is at protecting from heat styling, but I love GHD shining serum for taming my naturally kinky hair! I use it on damp hair before drying and straightening, but you can also use it on dry hair to smooth and tame it! It gives great shine aswell.
Id recommend Lee Stafford :)
He has a great range for keeping hair straight
And most of his products are sprays
Theres also a special spray for keeping your hair frizz free in humid weather
