would aqueuos cream work?
PinkPwincesh, I think you should explain how you feel to your Mum and ask her to make an appointment for you to see the Doctor.

You could actually make the appointment yourself without you parents knowing, but I wouldn't advise going behind your parents back unless absolutely necessary, you still have the right to patient confidentiality from your Doctor, Meaning the Doctor cannot inform your parents about this.

I think you need to see a Doctor if you have had this rash for that long.

Try talking to your Mum first.

Aqueuos cream may sooth it if it itches but I doubt if it will make it go away. I would be tempted not use anything until you have seen a Doctor in case it is an allergic reaction to something and could make it worse.
Hi, it doesn't sound like a sweat rash..... that would be red and would not last for months. You could try E45 cream it's good for most 'minor' skin conditions. If it doesn't clear soon take Mr Ratter's advice and go to your doctors.

If it is a sweat rash you could try some hydrocortisone cream from the chemist.

Are you doing anything that could aggravate it such a sport or such where you get sweaty or if you're larger chested? It's usually red and itchy though and you seem to have had it for a long time.

Could it be some kind of sun damage? If so maybe something like bio oil could help.

it could be something like this which I have had myself since I was young, it changes colour through the year. My mum used to scrub my neck convinced it was dirty!
