Detox drinks

Whats the best Detox drink?. I have Dr. Stuart's herbal detox tea. Anyone tried it? Does it work?

depends if you want fizzy or not.
Pellegrino is fizzy but quite expensive.
I like anything lemon and lime flavour .

Don't overdo it though... I read yesterday that a woman entered a competition to see who could drink the most water but pee last... she drank so much her sodium levels dropped dangerously low... she got a headache... and dropped dead!

Sainsburys sparkling lemon and lime water is lovely though looking at the label is does have chemical stuff in it and sweetners.

Green Tea, preferably organic.... and japenese Miso Soup.... I drink both of these every day.

Detox does not work.

Just eat a balanced healthy diet and drink 2 litres of water a day.

Good old "Adam's Ale". 2 Litre's daily with 2 Milk Thistle Tablets.
