Coldsores

Does anyone else get this - when I have a coldsore or mouth ulcer, I also get a strange lump in my cheek close to my jaw which is slightly tender and moves slightly.
Is it just me because I have asked around locally and everyone says they don't get it!
Cheers

They feel like a small softish ball and move under the skin. Perfectly normal. I always get them when I get cold sores or mouth ulcers.
