iv just had a really weird phone call from one of my guy mates worried sick. he says that he has abubble (blister like) thing on the end of his penis he says its really sore,? he had sex with a girl about 3 days ago "?

sounds horrible. My advice would be to get to the nearest clinic or doctors as soon as possible.
It could be something as simple as the fact he caught himself on her IUD, but it could be the beginning of an STD.

Well could be:

A pimple
A kind of blister or friction burn
Genital herpes
Male yeast infection
Sebaceous cyst

Its best he pops along to the clinic and get someone who would know to look at it.

to be serious, most sexual disease take longer to appear, herpes symtons are blisters, but these usually appear after a rash, syphillus too appears as an ulcer or sore, but this take 2-3 weeks, if he abstained for a few weeks before he's probably ok its just an bit of friction, i've had bruising there before, which is common, anyway its always best to be safe than sorry, and get it checked out
