Breast reduction or Reduction mammaplasty is a very serious operation and will require weeks if not months of counselling to decide whether it would be appropriate for you to go through with the procedure.

To be fair, those are whoppers...if they're overly disproportionate to the rest of your body, and they really are that awkward, then by all means do it. That said, down to a D seems a bit drastic...or am I just not an expert at these things?

Im the same - im 36G but Im 5'ft 6. I have considered reduction but am too terrified of anything going wrong.

Close friend of mine was in exact same position except she had a 34G. She was reduced to a 34D on NHS and never looked back. It has literally changed her life.
