hello patriciaH, I have decided to answer this question on here s that other person asking the same is a wee bit scary for me- and I play rugby.

I joined before the AB went 'live' - so I was on board from Day One.

I, along with six others, was employed to write feature material for the site in it's firt incarnation. They chnaged it to a 'stand alone' Q & A site, and dispensed with the writers. I stayed, and barring illness and holidays, I have visited every single day from then to now.
