i have two jobs a construction mgr and a firefighter
the construction mgr job i enjoy but the firefighter job i love, i mentioned it before the other day i get quite a kick out of knowing that something i have done has helped someone else :~)

How does that work tfb? Do you have to be on call 24/7 and leave the construction job if needs be... or do you work shifts?

I work as an Office Manager for a Management and Marketing Consultancy in Baker Street...

About as thrilling as watching wet paint dry...
but i get paid well. :o)

I work for a national charity who help people with disabilities get back into work and off their benefits.
I really enjoy it and it's very rewarding but I am currently off on 2 weeks leave before starting my maternity leave so i'm having a bit of a break before baby arrives!

I enjoy my job selling posh shoes and it is onmly going to get even better when we open the huge new store in 5 weeks time, I wish i could do something else sometimes with a little more academic content, but it isn't to be i am afraid, so posh shoes it is!

Im a full time Mum but go into a hairdressing salon to work on fridays. I love my job as a mum and i enjoy the break from that on a friday!

Like Nox, I work as a projects director in international development and enjoy it immensely. I don�t do so much travelling or working overseas these days I leave that to member�s of my team or their juniors. My portfolio has lots and lots of projects - mainly but not limited to - construction. Some of it is for agencies in the developing world in countries with low HDIs, schools hospital and water/energy facilities etc, and some of it is for very wealthy individuals who fancy a new pad or folly in an exclusive location. My job occasionally involves meeting people at extremes from people who are internationally recognisable (humanitarians, politicians, celebrities etc) to people who have little or no basic facilities or contact with the outside world.

Although I love what I do, I wouldn�t mind being a professional guitar player in a famous rock band but alas my guitar skills are as adept as Jade Goody�s diplomacy.

sam, i used to be a nursing assitant before i had my eldest son, thats what you must be thinking of, i qualified as a hairdresser on leaving school and then hated it so i left. I just do the dogsbody stuff now which i enjoy! :-)

Im a postman brilliant job
