Live each day like it is your last................

A colleaque and I were discussing this, this morning and have decided that if I were a boss I would add to the annual holidays one extra day, where I would phone one of my employees up and tell them to take the next day off and live it like it were their last (and of course to come in the next day) and then it is their choice how they spend their unexpected day off - each employee would get this fay through out the year - good idea? Idealistic I know considering the responsibilities we all have. If you were in the position to do something nice, what would it be?

ok - you got me there! But if your not allowed to do it surely it makes it more fun? Like Pa-ul taking a sickie from work. Do you know I have asked the question and I don't even know what I would do!

No I was offered a chance last year but wasnt allowed to because I suffer from fainting spells. So no doesnt always make it more fun.
