Hi im wanting to have my top lip pierced but my tattooest wont do it as he says it bleeds to much so refuses to pierce there, has anyone had this done and what happened? I have a few piercings, ears, nose, tongue and c lit, but really want this done. Thanks.

He had a daughter with an ex girlfriend and when she was only 7 she got cancer. He visited the hospital once to see her but 'couldn't hack-it' so disappeared. When he returned some hours later he had two more tattooes, on his hands. The only part of his body that he had promised our mum that he wouldn't cover.
He has none on his face (all over his neck but not his face), he has also told me that he would never tattoo anyone on their face - I guess everyone has a limit.
So you see I am biased - and no, I shouldn't have answered your question. But that's what we do here, give our own opinions. Really a doctor should give you proper advice.
I also appreciate that piercings are not as permanent as tattooes, just another form of body art. But hey, that's why we spend so much on makeup.
As you have read, I'm not the person to be rolling out advice so I won't insult you by trying. But while you're thinking about what to do about your top lip, go and buy a couple of 'Juicy Tubes' in the new summer colours - they are a great 'pick-you-up' if only for the meantime.
Again, I'm sorry to have upset you. I'm not really an idiot, just a caring sister and now also a caring mom.
