Like i say one or two drinks wont hurt, and will probably help the effect of the codydramol. i myself take 120mg dihydrocodiene and 1gram of paracetamol most nights and sometimes drink 1/2 a bottle of wine, or a few beers, and have only found its given me a great, pain free sleep!
