Obsessed with age

certain people on here have a problem with people over the age of 40, they discriminate and use peoples age as an insult, it is not the way things work in the real world and so why should it be tolerated on a website?

Maybe people feel that some of the more senior members here are using their age to justify a position of seniority.

Personally speaking I find those who ridicule people older than theirselves are immature mentally but they do the ridiculing in cyberspace so may just as well be talking to the wall. Well thats my view anyway.

rosie it is so, but they are relentless and feel they have the superiority because they can post stuff about your age and not get a clip round the ear off of their mam, some of them are probably on their puters in secrety cos their folks are abed and told them to switch it off hours ago.

Keep in mind, dot, that when we get "over the hill" we can sort of look down upon the others struggling, sometimes in vain, to reach the zenith that we have so proudly deserved!

Strange isn't it! Dot I always imagined you as a lovely young twenty something! Age is all in the mind and as they say 'if you don't mind it doesn't matter'.

Stewey....even stranger! For one so wise....I'm sure I saw you put your age as 16 in another post.

Who cares about how old some one is? It's just another insult to be hurled about along with gender, sexual orientation or whether you are let or right handed........ and can just as easily be ignored.
