how do you know if you snore?
if youre asleep and folk say you do.
but you havent heard it.
and why dont you wake yourself up if its so loud?

Very loud snorers DO wake themselves up AND everyone else.

My husband snores like a rino with a cold most nights , and he does wake himself up , also me and the kids ..the cats ..the nieghbours ..people in the next street,, I could go on and on .

i know myself when i'm snoring, and when i lie on my back, in my sub-concious i know my mouth is open (not a pretty sight lol) but i am not able to close it ? even tho i know i am trying to ..........Bizzarre, But a swift dig in the ribs usually gets me to turn over, so - problem solved (temporarily) : O

my boyfriend knows hes snoring when he wakes to find me about to shove pillow over his face :)
What i cant work out is why his snoring is always worse when ive got PMT

I snore like a pig.
I waken myself up with my snoring.
My husband has videod me on the phone sleeping and when he showed me it -I said that was some fart -bet youre proud of that one.It was-youve guessed it - me snoring - lol

Why is it when sometimes I snore and as my husband says "stop snoring" I am awake.?I also wake myself up.
