heat pads ?

i wish to purchase a heat pad for chronic shoulder / arm pain, seen two in argos catalogue, anyone use either, would you recommend them ? tia.

My wife uses a Morphy Richards heating pad which gives a lot of relief but you have to be careful not to leave it on continuously, I mean longer than 4 hours at a time on full heat. Her GP told us that heat was always good to combat pain.

I use the wheat bags which I find good.

Yes I have to agree the wheatbags are very good and a lot cheaper than the heat pads.
