Ever done LighterLife?

I'm starting LighterLife tonight, and am a bit nervous...

Has anyone ever done it successfully and can you tell me what it was like for you?

My friend who weighed 17 st is still on it.she has lost nearly 4 st & is now in size 12 clothes. Since oct 06. You can buy the products on Ebay. It is very very controlled. You will not really be able to go out in restaurants. You will get head aches & sleepless nnights. Make sure you attend the classes as they are a bit of a AA meeting. Good luck with it.

What cockroach has said is pretty much the same as what my mate told me. She lost over 9 stones last year and has kept the weight off. Whilst on the diet, she even managed to keep it going while she was in Spain on hols for two weeks but admitted it was hell on earth ! she swore byu the group counselling sessions though and thinks this was the key to her success.
