Happiness

How happy are you? Not just right at this moment typing away at your computer, but in general? If you were to average out happiness since the tun of the year, what wouldyou give yourself out of 10, 1 being unbearbably low, and 10 being ecstatically happy and prancing around like Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music.

Well at this moment.... in my life... i'm at about a 8.

I'm due to have a baby girl with the man i love in July, we're looking for a house to rent until something comes up that we feel comfortable enough to buy. We're financially stable, we have good jobs and i'm so happy because i feel like we can bring this girl up to the best of our ability with plenty of love and comfort - which is all i've ever wanted!!

My boss is happy to give me my job back when i return and my parents are all excited by the thought of a grandaughter.

I knew i would get to this stage eventually... it was just a mAtter of time!

Once we have a house/home and our daughter is born i think i'll be a 9 or 10!

Probably about 7, I have a new job and uni is going great , but my bf just went offshore for 2 weeks :( When he returns I will be a 10!

Im married to a beautiful lady 16 years my junior who is an advisor to a multy national company, we have 2 fantastic boys, I have a good degree, im studying for another, we take two foreign holidays each year, I've had a succesfull military career and got a more than adequate pension from it which means I dont need to work, we have a wide circle of friends (very wide if you include 99.9999999% of ABers

Probably about 9, I have two sons that are both hard working, happy and settled with their own families and four beautiful granddaughters who are happy and healthy. My personal life is great at the moment and I am well paid for doing a job that I like! My mum is alive and well and I have some very good friends. Hope this doesn't sound smug as it's not meant to be! I often wonder about some people on here though who do nothing but bitch and moan about the state of this country and immigration etc etc and just wonder how happy and contented they really are! Hope you are happy nick....your posts seem to indicate that you are! Hark at me the amateur physcologist!

I should add....I'm poorly at the moment so I might be a 7 tomorrow....or maybe a 3 or 4 :-(

i'd say 8 normally very very happy but going through a bit of a rough patch at the minuet but we will be ok i just feel a bit down you know when you are going about your day to day business and you can not get rid of that horrible lump in your throat like you are going to cry but it will be ok whoops sorry for prattling on guys i just needed someone to talk to love to all megan

I'm about an 8 at the mo but a few weeks back i was down to a 4!!! Fortunately, im generally on an even keel as regards my hapiness, that was just a glitch that im over now!

I just popped home at lunchtime to have a bath (as you do) and I was singing show songs at the top of my voice around the flat. Hardly Julie Andrews, more like Liza Minelli or Barbara Streisand. So I�d put myself at 9�.

i don't know 4getmenot you know when you just can not seem to do anything right and it's pick pick pick at you he has said everything is ok and he has apologised and he is very happy i think it is just moody time if he was female you would think it was his time of the month but i know we will be ok i think some of the strongest partnerships can be tested at times but it will be fine thank you 4getmenot you are a good bunch love to all megan

Cheers for asking libertie. I guess that I'm about an 8 (but having a 4 day grrrrr).

I've got a decent enough job, wide ranging social life, just started seeing someone a month ago(although she's most of the reason for the 4 day), and get on with my family excellently.

It's good to see that we seem like a happy bunch on the whole!
