Serious Question! What happens to sperm/semen if it doesn't leave the body? Does it just disperse or what? Thanks in advance :o)

sperm have a limited life in the seminal vesicles. when they age they are reabsorbed into the body. semen is a mixture os sperm and seminal fluid,. the seminal fluid is not storedd for long periods of time, but secreted during sexual excitement. so this isnt really a problem.

Maybe when we die we become worm food. Regarding the original question, a mate of mine at uni told me he once had a problem - really sore balls. So he went to his gp, who told that if he had not ******* for a while, it could be the cause. So he went home, jerked off, and problem was solved. Don't know how true the story was - you know how young lads like to talk rubbish...
very likely to be tue. the condition is known as preists plaint, or "blue balls" and is associated with attaining excitement without orgasm. very common in teenagers.
once in a while a AB thread makes me wet myself laughing. thanks folks i'm full of cold and needed cheering up. By the way, seminal fluid is usually passed harmlessly out of the body in the usual way (usually when asleep) if "gone unused" hence the term wet dream.
which kind of adds weight to Dave's anecdote, if the student didn't have a wet dream then the fluid would indeed build up
