Little finger

I have been having problems with muscle /finger twitching that I have no control over. In particular my little finger on my right hand. Weirdly, I have just noticed that it feels really cold compared with the others! Any idea why this could be?

I had the same a few years back but with my thumb! It just went away... apparently it means nothing but maybe call your doctor for some advice...
