I'm a manic depressive and i'm taking medication. But I feel so suicidal at the minute. I see a counsillor and she helps. But its when i'm on my own it's terrible. I know i'm selfish as there are lots of people out there suffering. I just feel so on my own. I have lost touch with my family.
I'm so depressed at the moment and I feel that life is not worth living. I hate feeling like this.

Corkscrewed, Just try to tell yourself, "This is a dip and will pass" Easier said I know but this dip will pass. I don't know what medication you're taking but, if it's an SSRI please dont' take 5HTP aka Trytophan as it will send your Serotonin level's in to overdrive! ( No offence intended joko.) As mentioned, you can ring the Samaritan's,they're very good listener's. Also, ask you counsillor about a support group as mentioned. Hang in there, you're not alone. x
