I was reading the answer to another question and an ABer said "hi, ............. havn't seen you in yonks" and it got me wondering just how long is a yonk?
also my friend hurt his toe kickboxing at the weekend, he said it hurt like fcuk, so, how sore is fcuk?

I was married for yonks (5 years)

dont think it has any specific definition, but usually when your fed up of waiting? in reference to your next query, 'hurts like fcuk' i have one that i dont understand.............. when i asked someone to do something for me, and they didnt want to, i got.........'Fcuk that for a game of soldiers'........ i take it thats a no then! should have put it in Phrases & sayings but thought while we were on the subject? x
