My boyfriend has never been a 'snorer' in the time i have known him. Never been overweight, doesn't drink a lot, doesn't smoke and doesn't have an overly stressful job. Recently he joined a gym and is fitter and healthier, however, he has now started snoring. It is disrupting both of us with our sleep patterns and he is waking with a sore throat in the mornings. Apart from pushing him on his side 10 times a night, what else can we do to help combat this problem? Could it be the new fitness regime that is causing this?
I find that mine snores when he is really tired. & I spend most the night poking him & knackered the nx day. I suggest cellotape his mouth shut & then he will have to breath thru his nose. (joke)....try some on the sprays 1st to open the passages. Welcome to the no sleep club. :0)
Oh i forgot to mention, since snoring he has also taken to having full (loud) conversations in his sleep where he plays out both parts of the conversation (it's sometimes like lying in bed with two people, and they both keep me awake all night!)
