Come on gang - help is needed so pick your brains!! I did sort of post a bit of this question in Law a while back but got a couple of replies that thought I was up to something sinister, which I'm not!! Okay, here goes - as you all know(coz I talk waaaayyy too much) My poor b/f has been through the mill in endless court cases with his ex(Cruella!!). To cut a very long story short she has said on oath in court that her new man has no children. When my b/f's daughter last came to stay, and the time before , she said she had met mummys new boyfriends children, and even told us their christian names. Now we haven't seen the little girl for a few months due to her mother going out every tiem we turn up to collect her, so what I want to ask you lovely lot is this: Imagine you have to prove that a man has children, when he says he hasn't, and they don't live with him. And he was never married to the mother, where on earth would you start??? Now this is nothing untoward - infact my b/f solicitor has told him that he needs to prove or disprove this in one month, I am just asking for brainwaves that we haven't already tried.
Pleeeeasssseeeee!!!!!!
P.S. We don't care if he has children or not, its the fact that she lied he didn't to sway a particular day's case.
P. P.S I'll buy the first round at the AB bar tonight!

Could you not (or get friends ) to 'spy' at a weekend when this new boyfriend most probably has access to his children and get an idea of where they go etc. You could maybe build up some sort of diary to prove that he and Cruella are telling lies? Sorry have racked my brains and will get back to you if I think of anything better.

Pinkfizz, any chance your b/f's daughter would remember their names, if so you could do a search of their first names and his surname in the General Registery Office. Think it costs 5 for a search over any five year period so you would also need to know their ages roughly. If you find a birth cert for any of them then presumably he will be mentioned as their father.
