Any advise on how to get rid would be much appreciated
My wife and son have both had viral illness' recently. My son got over his in about 2 weeks but it took a good 5-6 weeks for my wife it feel much better. She used to give her sinuses a good clear out with a teaspoon of vicks vapour rub dissolved in hot (not boiling) water and inhaled the mixture under a towel. this may make you feel a little better and clear away some cattarh. Unfortunately these things have to run their course before they go completely, you should be coming towards the end of it soon!!!!
Doc prescribed some antibiotics last Thursday, can't take iron or other things with them and can't go in the sun, nearly done now feel a wee bit better but tired all the time. Will try zinc, I think after the antibiotics. Bought multi-vitamins with energy booster so here's hoping - going on holiday on Sunday to Tunisia maybe that will help !
that will do you really good. meanwhile if you like spicy food go for it. or incorporates in your food lods of fresh garlic, parsley, tarragon, that are very good for the immune system.
morning and night: warm water with fresh lemon juice and little honey. simple good remedy.
