I wouldnt want to speculate, as these things can just make you worry and if I were you I would stop googling before you find things that would really make you worry. I would imagine those with the most troublesomely worrying pregnancaies would be midwives because of the knowledge and experiences they have.
Any increase or decrease in fetal movements should be reported to your midwife. Call either your surgery and get her to call you back ASAP or the labour ward number on the front of your notes. They will probably get you in for a couple of traces so they can see what the movements are like.
