Mouth ulcers

Why is it i always seem to get mouth ulcers after eating sweets? Does anyone else get this?I thought it it maybe sharp sweets cutting into the gums/tongue/inside of lip or is it the sugar attacking the gums?

Mouth ulcers can be a sign of unbalanced or bad diet so it could be something to do with that if you are eating lots of sweets

i always get mouth ulcers when "its the time of the month" i wonder why that is
