Date Update

I mentioned about how this guy I am sort of seeing that however much he is nice, kind, generous, funny etc etc, that I didnt 'fancy' him ? Well....surprisingly there have been some developments! After another lovely night out watching a live band, we ended up in a passionate kiss session and wow - what more can I say ? It was absolute bliss.... ! I am still taking it slowly, obviously getting to know him better, but he has asked me to dinner with his parents tomorrow evening !!!! I have already been introduced to some of his friends....is this all a bit too soon ?

Its only been 2 weeks ago that we first met and the times we have been out have been really great, he has told me he is totally smitten with me and treats me so well which is wonderful ! Not sure about official - but I think he must see it that way, I have not as yet introduced him to any of my friends....like I said Im trying to take it slowly...

i'd say meal with family was bit soon. But thats just me.

I think it's down to your family. if my kids were going out with someone and we would normally have a meal with them ( our kid ) I think it would only be polite to bring their new person along. We always have extras - boys girls people from school and uni - when we go out - I think it's no biggie myself!

If it feels right then do it, there aint a rule book. I met a girl/woman off the net 3 years ago and within 10 mins of meeting her I was at her house at a family bbq met all her relatives friends etc and she just introduced me as a friend - job done.
