Waxing
Is it true that if you wax your legs (any part of body) on a regular basis your hair will eventually stop growing back and you will never have to shave again? has anyone heard that or no if that is true?

The hairs are very patchy on my legs but they don't stop growing. Waxing is not a permenant hair removal solution, although hair growth can become more patchy and sparse over time. What does happen though, is that as the hairs are removed from the root, they grow back with tapered, finer ends. This means that they don't feel stubbly to touch and look finer.
Some people need waxing every 4-6 weeks, whilst others need to have it done sooner and others need longer intervals. Sometimes waxing can last for ages and sometimes the hair grows back quicker. This is because the rate of growth can vary according to hormanal changes and external influences ie, hairs grow faster in hotter weather.
Have a go with waxing. I'm sure you'll like the results.

My mum has been getting her legs waxed for about 15 years now and the hairs no longer grow on her legs!
Towards the end, she only needed to get it done once a year before her holidays, but the last time she went to get it done, the beautician refused to do it because it wouldn't have been worth her while as she just had a few patchy hairs.
So then she then started to do it herself on the patchy bits that were left and now they hardly grow at all! She only needs to use tweezers now to get the odd one that comes through!
