Why do we analyse?

What good can come from it? Why do we have a 5 minute conversation with the guy we like and turn it into a 5 hour discussion with our mates and try and find out what it all means? Is it just women to analyse?

One of your friends might know the answer to it, thats why you women discuss things.
PS: thats an actuall riddle i made up. If you can work out the answer on your own, you can work out the meaning of a guy on your own.

I woulda hardly say all women analyse... personally i take things literally and dont read into things too much.
i also know several guys who analyse everything before a relationship
eg were they flirting with me? were they flirting with him? etc
but the simple act of talking about something makes it more understanding to yourself, especially if its plagued with double meanings, and a different persons take can offer assitance, or just more confussion so you may dwell more because now you have 2 or 3 possible meanings and your trying to get it down to just the one- preferably the one you want

Very clever Aschenbach, but its a riddle. The answer was, "listen to music".
Because, hearing is listening, and you listen to music. Blue was the name of a band which made music so the answer is listen to music.

I don't think we can help it. It makes it more exciting. I am currently analysing whether its right for me to fancy the arse of a guy who has a transformers wristband!

It's my birthday on Tuesday and I went out last night with the girls and met up with the married guy from work and about 8 of his friends!!! Needless to say nothing happened but too much happened if that makes sense!

To be honest he is a dream though, hes very good looking, young, good job, laid back but is younger.......not young enough to be having a transformers wristband though.
