I go to the gym nearly every day and i do have a good appertite. There is a couple of the lads at work who are quite "pudsy" but they don't mind people calling them stuff, they just take it as a joke.
We have the annual eatathon at work, i think its in about 2 weeks. Plenty of dieting in the run up to that. I'm not entering this year though, i was tipped off by one of the organisors its curry on the menu.

When I hit 50 last year I had the option of drawing an occupational pension I took out some years ago and decided I might as well have the money now. I was telling a (younger) colleague at work about it. She looked at me and said "You don't look too bad for a woman of 65."
Does anyone have the number of a good plastic surgeon?

Used to go to the gym alot, but due to having major surgery and my job demands, means that i cant aways get there, try to walk alot though done 3miles today and will try and fit in a bit more, i am only a size 14/16 5ft 6ins tall, not bad our family has always had a bit of a pot stomach, even if we get skinny we always have a tummy, and when the menopause kicks in it tends to pad out in that area, oh i wish i could afford a tummy tuck, mind you i would look like the map of Austraillia was all the scarring lol!
Hi Puddicat,i also have tummy problems and would love a tuck. Also very unhappy about one crease above my nose,so i booked in for Botox. My sister came to visit from Wales last week and i mentioned it to her. We`ve had a lot of family bereavements,4 of them kids. She told me i should be thankful i`ve got the chance to grow old.It certainly made me think and i cancelled the Botox. So what if ive got a bit of a tum & a few wrinkles, its health & happiness that matter.
Got half way through this course, but got into money trouble and ended up quitting.
