Yaaay!

Today it is a million times better!

I went round my aunties and she showed me some stretches and excersises to help the leg. She said it is called a Piriformus or 'Balerina's butt'! She has the same problem and finds that a few stretches a day can help it.

I can still feel it slightly but it's not painful at all. She also said placing a golf ball under my leg, where the pain is, and sitting on that for a bit helps as it's the same method Chiroprators use by pushing their thumbs into the muscle.

Thanks to everyone who helped yesterday.

*Hi
Glad its better today Ruby. Watch out though you can put your foot down and its back and you look a right fool collapsing with the pain.

I have only had it when I am pregnant thank god.
You are welcome
glad you are feeling better

Yeah, my auntie said she has had it for years and years as she got it once when she was younger so it looks like I may have it for a while yet.. But she said it started getting so much easier when she started stretching it every morning and night.

I guess that's a small sacrifice to make. :o)

How is everyone's day going? I am in a fantastic mood!
Did she make you do that really awkward one where you kinda lie on your back but on your side and have to bring your knee over and touch the floor with it. I remember that being agony and not easy with an 8 month bump.

My boiler is borked Ruby : ( the good news is that the plumber cant fix it till tomorrow so we have to to go to my aunties and lark about in her swimming pool all day. Oh the trials of my life.

No, not that one Goody.. but I did have to do one where I lay on my back and bring my legs over my head so my bum is in the air and I walk my feet up and down the wall! Was easy after a few tries.

I don't know what Borked is so I am guessing it means Broken! Lol. Oh the trials of life aye? It's so difficult. I have to walk in the sunshine to view a park area where we are having a social picnic next week! The things we do eh!
How long before she mentions the married man?
Dont know how long before you start swearing. 1st post and nothing, quite good for you. lol

she isnt even having a relationship with him though thats the thing. :-)
Question Author
Do you know what.... I only answered Ol' Corrie because I thought it was Goody! I read the names wrong! Ooops... :o)

Thanks John and 4get... :o)
But even if she was?
who the fcuk (sorry about the language) is she to moralise about how someone chooses to live her life?
I;m sure we all have our opinions on it Johnlambert but yes it had nothing to do with question, and tut tut language, you're lowering yourself to Corrinnes trashy language lol
You are so desperate!

Yes, you're quite right to point out that I should conduct myself in a more gentlemanly way and not resort to profane language
