My Psoriasis & Candida Problem

i have been suffering from psoriasis for over 10 years now. and have recently become aware that i also suffer from candida albicans.

i have tried EVERY thing in regards to supressing my psoriasis. from creams to even the dead sea. nothing works at all. while i was on holiday i noticed my psoriasis reacted different from what i could see from other pepoples.

now i have gone through every option with no results i can only imagine that the cause is from my candida. candida messes with your immune system which can cause psoriasis. to cure my candida i have to go on a strict 3 month diet and then take ani fungal tablets. then my good flora will keep the candida supressed and be stable for the first time in 24 years.

discovering i have candida has made me realise what is making me so tired when ever i eat certain foods. mainly yeast based.

so can anyone else relate to what i have writen above??

has there been anyone with psoriasis and candida like me??

if so have they pressed on to clear the candida to find it then clears their psoriasis??
