Assuming you end it with her boyfriend she might, but there is always the possibility that he might tell her it was you if she told him she was ending it.

As I said in your last wearisome thread, dump him and continue the original lie, keep it between the two of you. I am sure she will find out what he is like eventually. By then he would have had therapy and forgotten about you.
