I am so fed up of aliases!

Why can't people stop clogging these boards with figments of their own warped imagination? It is so tedious to come on and find the first 6 questions are all just badly-typed crap.
Bored of it now, thanks trolls. It's bad for my body and soul!

Hello. Pirate 1. How ya doing? I don't know know about you, but I think I've had it with the bonking conkers on here with their numerous aliases, their asinine questions, their buffoonish responses, and their general lack of more than one brain cell........Am I being too harsh towards those who lack?
Hi Stewey. No not at all! They deserve every word. I'm afraid I can't work out all the aliases though and I don't really see the point of it. What do they get out of doing it? It just ruins everything. No one can debate anything without them butting in and the whole thing deteriorates. Don't know how it can be stopped tho.
I agree. However, there seems to have been a change in the board since I started lurking and using it..........
There seems to be a growing 'inner sanctum' of folks who all interact, via different media or on different site , away from here. They socialise, either virtually or otherwise, and this is made plain on this forum. This is quite 'exclusive' behaviour...
Then there are the 'trolls' who seem to delight in hi-jacking any given thread to continue their greivances with their postings being abusive, mis-spelt and unintelligible in greater or lesser proportion. These folks have several different names and seem to spend quite some time arguing with themselves in their different guises.....
Whilst these folks are probably hugging themselves with glee it does make for a fairly tedious evenings viewing for the rest of us.............

I've said this before and I will say it again, ignore them all. Its all attention seeking behaviour so the more attention they get the more they will do it. I know thats hard and I admit that on loads of ocassions I have deliberately wound up trolls or lost my rag with them. They love the fact that they outrage genuine members on forums, I imagine they sit there gleeful when folks are yelling at them or stating they are gonna leave the forum because of them.
If you argue with a troll...the troll has won
If you try to reason with a troll .... the troll has won
If you put up a thread about the troll...the troll has won
If you put up a thread stating you are leaving the forum.... the troll has won.
If you google internet trolls you will see that all of them display the same sort of behaviour and the only solution is to pretend they arent there. Instead of entering into any form of conversation with them just report them (though i suppose in a way thats giving them attention too lol)
