B B in Science (Double Award)
A* in Art Photography....
Not as great as I'd hoped, but I'm pretty proud. Since I've been through a lot this year.
Thanks for all your support through the years and for all the good luck wishes.
And gutted if I'm Doc Spock, because I think he was a bit wrong about me.

I have Googled some of the questions asked on the GCSE and compared them to questions asked potential graduates from school numerous years ago. Why are the questions so much simpler: are we afraid to give students failing grades? By the way, Silversky, you are in the present system so congratulations.

Well seing as you have mentioned me I have to say, especially with the controversy surrounding exam results, that they are not great results.

Art Photography, what is that exactly.

My eldest daughter got 7 A's 4 of which were starred. She is now a qualified Chartered Accountant working in London. Congratulations anyway.

And Doc, Art photography is a fully recognised GCSE Course, and is worth the same as any other course, and in order to get a high grade. Is bl00dy hard work!!
Well lucky for your daughter, not everyone can be as academically clever as that.
I am very proud of my results, like I said, since I've been through a lot this year. More than you'd understand.
And I passed every exam I did, and yes, they are that great results.

Not lucky, hard work and dedication and prioritising. ie. work before pleasure.

The problem now is we are getting stupid subjects.
media studies, film studies,sociology,,psychology, drama, art and taking photographs.
They cant be that hard as there are no wrong answers.
