Question Author
cazz - You're suffering from lack of sleep! A days holiday has to be better than work surely.
tis true sky, I was woken by a wasp in the bedroom as well this morning so I am ticked off, I plan to laze the day away
Morning skyep and everybody else. Its my last day off today. Its been 5 weeks of bad weather, now the suns out and its back to work.Typical.

cazzz - you should have punched the offending wasp through the window...mr nutgone could help with your technique!!
Sorry skyep, I forgot to say hello! We went to Center Parcs yesterday and swam around in the sun outside, trying to teach the boys to swim. It was a fab day! Today is hub's birthday and we're having a big roast for lunch - he's just taken the boys to the park while I get on and do it.

Lovely lazy weekend really, and Magner's and gin and tonic in the fridge for later. Perfect!!
Question Author
nutigone - You seem to have a very happy family life! You do a lot of activities with the kids & as a whole family unit, thats really nice! I seem to remember you go out on bike rides together? Enjoy your roast!

Have you ever had a moment where you just sort of smiled inside for some unexpected reason? skyep- your comments about my happy family unit have made me feel all warm inside, thankyou! I never really stop to think about it, or about how my posts maybe describe my life. Does anyone else think about how much they're sharing? I'm so pleased that taken as a whole, and to a 'virtual' stranger (if you know what I mean!!) my posts add up to a happy family. I thought I didn't post much, or not enough for anyone to remember!

You've really, REALLY made my day...xxx

*floats off to pat boys on heads*

Hi sleepyj/bigmamma/annie/kp/nutgone, sorry, I just had to have a siesta after a late night last night. Nutgone, the reason your posts stick in my mind, we use to do lots like you with our kids too including the bike rides :0) It gave me some nice memories, cherish them as it's all over too soon, they grow up! Although that can bring another opening in your life, more freedom for you and your hubby! I'm glad you felt good, give both yourslves a pat on the back, it's hard work bringing little ones up, but when you do it right, they turn in to decent/ trouble free adults!!!
